The Immigration Bond Process

When someone is granted an immigration bond they must await the review of their case by an immigration judge. This is where we can help you or your loved one. We can return them home during the waiting process. You will need the following to post bail:

• Valid ID
• The defendant’s full name
• The defendant’s date of birth
• The county where he/she is detained
• The amount of the bond

Once we start the immigration bail bond process it can take 2-4 hours for the defendant to be released. The time the process of release takes is not controlled by us. It is controlled by the jail. Our goal is to make our end of the process as quick as possible.
